Mr. Kushal Bolmal provides services in-

1. Labour and service matters, compliance with labour law, drafting of HR policies, Letter of appointment, charge sheet and disciplinary proceedings, Notices etc. Conducting domestic enquiries and advise on related issues.
2. Appearance before authorities under Industrial Dispute Act (I. D. Act) including labour court and industrial tribunal and authorities under EPF and ESI Acts, including the appearance before the Hon’ble High Court.
3. Legal opinion pertaining to property, property disputes. Drafting court documents, deeds like will, sale, gift, mortgage, lease and corporate agreements like joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements etc. He also deals in matters pertaining to Land Acquisition Act, relating to all the acquiring of the land by the government.      
4. Appearance in matters related to negotiable instruments act, any other offence punishable under section IPC (Indian Penal Code) to seek bail anticipatory or a regular bail. Conducting the case before Criminal Courts, Sessions court and also conducts cases to quash the (unlawful) proceeding before the Hon’ble High Courts at various bench Bangalore, Dharwad and Kalburgi.
