Mohit Kumar Yadav is a practicing advocate who has been handling cases independently with over 9 years of professional experience in providing legal consultancy and advisory services. His 'Commercial and Corporate Law' practice included drafting of commercial contracts for real estate companies, preparing due diligence reports, preparing and  finalizing search reports for various private and public limited companies, conversion of companies into LLPs. His litigation practice includes drafting & filing petitions, filing consumer complaints & applications under the RTI Act 2005, Court appearances on behalf of various insurance companies in MACT Court, representing finance companies in the district court, and other forums. He has been  empaneled with various Insurance companies such as IFFCO Tokio General Insurance and Bajaj Allianze General Insurance. He has vast experience in the field of Taxation Laws and Intellectual Property Laws.

He completed his Masters from Jodhpur National University, (2013) and is a graduate of B.A., LL.B from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, (2009). He also completed his M.B.A from Subharti University in 2011.
