Ayushi is a qualified Advocate, specialising in Commercial & Civil Litigation, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution. Additionally, she is part-qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales, showcasing her international legal competence. With a commitment to excellence, she brings approx. six years of experience in handling complex contentious matters before various legal fora.

Ms. Priyadarshini makes regular appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, District Courts and Tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and Arbitral Tribunals. She has been involved in esteemed domestic and cross-border cases making national headlines, including writs. She has extensively represented conglomerates in high-stakes matters in projects and infrastructure, PMLA, insolvency proceedings and debt recovery through litigation and dispute resolution. Ms Priyadarshini has represented clients in matters of IPR, family laws, consumer protection, constitution, defamation, technology and digital crimes, etc.

Apart from disputes, she regularly advises domestic and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, with substantial experience in drafting, reviewing, vetting, structuring and negotiating complex contracts and commercial arrangements across diverse sectors, including, PPAs, manufacturing and supply agreements, EPC contracts, NDAs, amongst others.

For her Master’s Dissertation, Ms. Priyadarshini was mentored by a renowned King’s Counsel. She was recently invited by her alma mater to adjudicate the Symbiosis International Criminal Trial Advocacy (SICTA). Passionate about advocacy, she is continually refining her legal craft, driven by a dedication to upholding justice, making a difference and contributing back to the society and is an empanelled pro bono advocate for a reputed NGO. Beyond litigation, she is a volunteer at the SOS International Children’s Villages for years now.
