Deepak Gulati is an Associate Partner in the Corporate Advisory Practice, advising promoters, boards of directors, investors and high-growth enterprises on corporate governance, capital markets, IPO readiness and strategic regulatory matters. With over 15 years of experience spanning listed companies, multinational corporations, financial institutions and technology-driven businesses, he brings a commercially focused and solutions-oriented approach to complex corporate transactions and governance challenges.

Prior to joining the Firm, Deepak held leadership positions with renowned organisations including ITC Limited, Hero MotoCorp Limited, CarDekho Group, Intertrust Group (now CSC Global), Grip Invest Technologies, Religare Securities and TruAlt Bioenergy, where he advised on corporate governance, regulatory strategy, fundraising, capital markets and board matters.

His practice encompasses IPO advisory for both Main Board and SME listings, corporate restructuring, private equity and venture capital investments, SEBI regulations, listing compliances, foreign investment, shareholder matters, ESOPs, corporate governance frameworks and strategic corporate transactions. He regularly works alongside merchant bankers, investment bankers, legal counsel, auditors, registrars and regulatory authorities to deliver seamless execution of complex transactions.

Deepak has significant experience advising companies throughout the IPO lifecycle, including pre-IPO restructuring, governance preparedness, due diligence, offer document support, regulatory coordination and post-listing compliance. Having served as Compliance Officer for a Main Board IPO, he combines technical expertise with practical execution experience, enabling clients to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes while achieving their strategic business objectives.

Beyond his advisory practice, Deepak is recognised as a thought leader in corporate governance and capital markets. He is a regular speaker, faculty member and mentor at programmes organised by the National Stock Exchange of India, BSE Limited and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as well as other leading professional and industry forums. He frequently delivers sessions on IPOs, corporate governance, SEBI regulations, startup advisory, fundraising and emerging trends in the Indian capital markets.
