Neha Gymlani is a licenced advocate registered with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and has worked across different domain of law including matters relating to Company Law, Real Estate & Property disputes, Customs, FEMA, Money Laundering, Industrial Disputes, Medical Negligence, Infrastructure contracts, Regulatory Matters, Government Tenders, and other Civil & Criminal cases.

She started her career as an associate in a firm in Pune where she provided legal advice on Corporate, Civil, Criminal Intellectual Property, Cyber Law, Taxation Laws, Consumer, Banking, Labour Laws. Later she moved to Mumbai and represented clients in at various levels of courts. She then moved back to her hometown, Jaipur and has been handling matters independently and represent clients at Supreme Court of India, Delhi and Rajasthan High Court, DRT Jaipur, NCLT Jaipur, Commercial Courts, Directorate of Enforcement, and other quasi-judicial authorities.

She has conducted various legal corporate/tax due diligence exercises for Real Estate Companies and is well conversant with due diligence on the title of land/properties by reviewing title documents. She holds expertise in drafting all sorts of agreement or contracts such as commercial contracts, technology contracts, MOU, purchase orders, Arbitration agreements, Sale deed, licensing agreement, tender documents as well as providing legal opinions relating to investment and technology sharing agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements and share purchase agreements.
