Shubhi Sharma is a legal professional with years of experienced in all forms of dispute resolution – litigation, arbitration & mediation. She actively practices before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, Consumer Forums, RERA and various other tribunals. Shubhi has handled some high-stake matters, diligently representing the interests of several Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

Her experience also includes the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), in which she has represented homebuyers, resolution applicants, and financial & operational creditors.
 
Beyond litigation, Shubhi has concluded various commercial arbitrations and is proficient in drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts such as Power Purchase Agreements, Service Agreements, Product Sourcing Agreements, and NCNDAs.
