What we are looking for:
ILO works with various international as well as domestic corporates, stakeholders, and internal departments to support finance, accounts, and taxation activities. We are looking for a proficient Chartered Accountant to join our firm who would be accountable for managing a complex mixed caseload of our foreign & Indian client matters and provide clients with high quality financial and tax advisory whilst proactively managing client relationships. Following are some of the major responsibilities:
- Income Tax, GST, Custom Compliances i.e. Advance Tax, TDS Return, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Annual Return, Income Tax return for Indian & foreign companies in India.
- Ability to do research, analyze and interpret provisions under the Income Tax Act as also provisions pertaining to International Tax, dealing with interpretation of Tax Treaties
- Transfer Pricing Analysis, documentation and all the related compliances.
- Advisory to international companies on tax structuring and optimization in India, Business transaction structure, cross border transaction, foreign remittance etc.
- Ensure assignments and projects are completed in the agreed timelines.
- Client assurance and ability to handle client accounts.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Completed articleship from a reputed CA firm with good exposure in accounting and tax
- Strong understanding and experience of GAAP and IFRS
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) & accounting software (Tally)
- In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures, accounting & tax regulations
